Roman D. Garcia

Roman D. Garcia, 75 of Pearsall, entered rest on June 21, 2024, in San Antonio. He was born on February 28, 1949, in Derby, TX to Jose Garcia and Ramona De Anda Garcia. He is preceded in death by his parents, first wife, Lucia Garcia, son Tony Garcia, great grandson, Nathan Dyer and siblings, Mario Deanda, Lilia Garcia and Teresa Vasquez Hernandez.

He is survived by his wife, Timotea Vinton Garcia, children Maggie Montemayor of Pearsall, Rebecca (Paul) Collinsworth of Garland, Peter (Theresa) Garcia of Garland, Paul (Norma) Garcia, Janie (Joe) Garcia of San Marcus, Frank (Yvonne) Garcia of Irving and Teresa (Eliel) Rivas of Pearsall. He is also survived by numerous stepchildren, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels-Pearsall from 3pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 10am. Interment will follow at the Pearsall Cemetery.
